The Preds Learn To Play Beach Program is our introduction into the world of beach volleyball for our younger athletes. Emphasis will be placed on learning all the skills as they pertain to the outdoor game. Along with learning proper skills, competition will also be encouraged as they compete in the games of beach twos and fours. The game of beach volleyball is one of the most watched events at the Summer Olympics and because of the elements such as weather and the soft surface, athletes of all ages find this game very enjoyable.
Our instructors are current and former beach players and coaches and the evening will be split into two parts. The first part of the day will involve training and work on beach skills, but the majority of each session will have the young athletes competing and playing. Along with great instruction and a lot of fun, each athlete will receive a Preds beach t-shirt. This should prove to be a very great athletic experience for all the athletes.
